Originating as "horseplaystore" in 2006 the term horseplay as it relates to inflatables has had a checkered past with bad business practices and multiple creators copying eachother,

horseplay-toys originally "horseplay-inflatables.com" as shown with their current mailing system. The domain was suspended for abuse within the past 4 months.

The only reason Joseph Petkiewicz knows it is my order is because horseplay inflatables breached my private data. Thats not up for debate. He and his company took my private account on two sites and posted threats to me from my own stolen account. I never initiated an exchange or return. He admits in his own email to me i never violated horseplay inflatables terms.

This product injury was followed up with a years long harassment campaign by his company and employees i never wanted contact with. They created a very strange and dangerous power dynamic that included constant fear, threats from anyone they could get to do it, and sexual harassment, mason (an employee who assigned himself to my case) thus assuring me i would eventually be able to replace my defect items from his company if i kept my mouth shut. Yet more often then not, only abused and mocked me. Making it seem at times like i deserved to get bad stock for full price and a negligent product injury. 

You (horseplay inflatables) are proving to this court you constantly watch my every online move. Then have the nerve to say my mostly private communications or better yet my seeking to resolve a 2 year old dispute rationally is “harassment”. Please keep in mind i only dislike Joseph because i don't feel i was treated fairly as a consumer. I see a blatant disregard for product safety and human dignity. 

This is egregious and horrific. You need only replace one item at cost and if you cant handle that do NOT do business and don’t come to complain to me when the thousands of people you have ripped off publicly speak out against you again. What then? So you can say right away i have violated terms? 

Discrimination and consumer rights violation is not an option, this isn’t Germany, this is America, we have laws and rights that you clearly do not respect. 

These are not estimates these are well recorded facts i have respectfully presented to this court. Covered by multiple news agents rooted in factual police reports from multiple states for theft on your behalf forcing me to use a proxy who robbed me and taking no accountability when told an employee (mason) harassed and breached my account. While posting proof of doing so the whole way, you literally rewarded them and had them do it more. You ignored it, you said “its not my problem” and as a result faced multiple potential criminal charges i specifically opted not to press. Thats not even getting into the orders i paid for and had to watch as they were sent to people who were not me. Horribly hopeless feeling, but you can stand here and just say "refused service" and provide no legitimate reason.

I stand before you today not merely as a customer, but as an individual who has suffered both physical harm and a grave violation of my personal rights at the hands of Horseplay Inflatables. (Joseph Petkiewics, his business partner Dirk et al).

This case is not simply about a defective product—it is about a company that, after selling me an item which caused me injury, chose not to take accountability. Instead, they escalated their misconduct by targeting me with harassment, hacking into my personal online accounts through illegal methods, and unlawfully violating my privacy.

As a consumer, I entered into a transaction in good faith. I paid for their product with the reasonable expectation of safety, respect, and privacy. What I received in return was injury, disregard, and harassment. The company had no valid legal or contractual reason to interfere with my private online accounts or to invade my digital life. I violated no terms on there site, none have been updated to this day. Only racist blog posts excusing dirk steffen from a rant about “germany can make up for the lack of nazi’s in the world” and attempting to get a chinese factory to make a toy with a nazi symbol on it to harm their reputation and hope they do not notice during production. An article titled “i will not obey”. Their actions represent a willful abuse of power, retaliation against a polite and truthful customer complaint, and a flagrant violation of my rights under both consumer protection and privacy laws.

The issues before this court are clear:

1. Product Liability – Horseplay Inflatables sold me a defective product that directly caused injury.

2. Harassment and Retaliation – Instead of remedying the harm, they pursued a campaign of harassment against me.

3. Illegal Hacking and Privacy Violations – They engaged in unlawful access to my online accounts, a direct breach of both state and federal law, and an egregious intrusion into my private life. They also doxxed and threatened me personally from my own account 1 month prior to nuking the site inflatevids and publishing my private data, passwords and more, doing the same to about 15 thousand users. This all happened with josephs blessing. His signature and llc made this the reality in the usa for people like me who like, unicorn’s. Often having already endured trauma that caused us to wind up with this as our thing.  

This conduct is not only negligent—it is malicious, intentional, and unlawful. No customer should be treated this way simply for demanding fairness after being injured by a product.

Therefore, I respectfully ask this court to hold Horseplay Inflatables accountable. To recognize not only the harm I suffered physically, but the psychological and personal distress caused by their harassment and illegal violations of my privacy. (As demonstrated in the lengthy and questionable records provided by Joseph to this court). To which there is an active class action against shopify in california for 3rd party app privacy violations and actions like this. Arrests have been made by the fbi ny in regards to a personal account on 2 sites horseplay inflatables "rogue employee" meddled with to post my personal back end data in a dox to breachforums. And most importantly, to send a clear message that no business has the right to retaliate against a customer through unlawful means.

Your Honor, justice requires that this company be held responsible for its actions.

I was fooled into trusting this process, i was told it would be ok to engage with my unorthodox liking for these inflatable toys. Joseph reached out to me first, not the other way around. In the end what i got was such a flagrant disregard for my humanity and such a horrible picture painted that he can really be here having disregarded every american business, moral, and ethical law. 

Leaving a customer with a 2000 dollar order of multiple defective items that continued to injure the customer was hard to accept. No policy not even there own that they wrote was followed, instead i was accused of multiple false accusations. A written exchange policy on there site i had never utilized was not an option due to slander in order to cover up a product injury many others faced. 

They don’t understand what they did as being wrong and they choose to hide behind misperceptions of laws that don’t apply to there online store. Disregard for all shopify terms, customer protections. Disregard for federal laws on consumer rights and protection. 

We do not run businesses here that harass a customer who in 7 yrs and over 13 grand in purchases had 1 complaint. That is not a business fit for the usa. Thats the choice the usa has made in tariffs and laws, like them or not, these are the potential reasons. Yet even those in a direct header page statement by joseph’s company are to be disregarded by deutsche banks dirk steffen, the one who is banned by paypal, proving josephs negligence and disregard for any law or order. His willingness to lie to this court, and his willingness to attack and slander someone who did nothing but help him advance this business is disgusting and beyond immoral and pathetic. 

No business would “refuse service” for over 2 years due to a product they sell injuring the customer. 

This could have been nothing more than a mistake. But joseph turned it into passive harassment. Arrests were made. People are in jail now facing 20 year sentences for the results of this companies intrustion in my life. Why else be so scared at a convention he admits he remains undisturbed at every year, including this one, this month. He could only be scared because he knows he is in the wrong on this. He is scared not because i am a danger to him, but because his company was and is a danger to everyone else with blatant negligence.

Over the course of these proceedings, the facts have become clear. I, as a customer, purchased a product from Horseplay Inflatables. That product was defective and caused me injury. Instead of acknowledging their responsibility or seeking to resolve the matter fairly, the company chose to retaliate. They harassed me, they invaded my privacy, and they went so far as to use illegal methods to hack into my online accounts. (Inflatevids, a site i was a prominent member of being hacked by someone i can only hold accountable as a so called german employee of horseplay inflatables called mason who i sought a restraining order against, to which arrests were made by the fbi in regards to a site they published my breached data on, breachforums.is). 

This is not the behavior of a responsible business. It is the behavior of an entity that disregards the law, disregards consumer rights, and disregards the basic principles of human decency.

The evidence shows that Horseplay Inflatables did not stop at negligence—they escalated into malicious action. They used intimidation instead of accountability, retaliation instead of remedy, and criminal intrusion instead of lawful resolution. These acts were deliberate, unjustified, and harmful.

Your Honor, the law is meant to protect people in situations exactly like this. Consumers should not fear retaliation for speaking up about a defective product. They should not have to suffer harassment or hacking simply because they demanded fair treatment.

I ask this court to hold Horseplay Inflatables accountable—not only for the injury I endured, but for the unlawful retaliation and privacy violations that followed. A ruling in my favor would not only provide justice for me, but it would also send a message that businesses cannot abuse, harass, or unlawfully intrude upon their customers without facing consequences.

Justice requires accountability. I respectfully urge the court to assist. I have not done anything that would prevent me from buying or replacing a product from this company thats why they have shown no proof of any actual wrongdoing and instead revert to angry customers, calling it a “returns dispute” despite no attempt to return anything, unhinged rants, bad employees rewarded for attacks against me.

I respectfully ask the court to initiate, intervene, and please, help me to start what i can not even understand. I feel that it can easily be fixed but the ball is entirely in Josephs court.

It features a new and improved mane attachment as well as quick-deflation valves on the main air chambers for easier set-up and deflation. It is made of extra-soft, pink vinyl (the same as used for the kangaroo). The lewd version is identical to the standard version, except for the SPH mod.

The lewd version is factory-fitted with an extra tight 6cm SPH with an extra air chamber to adjust the air pressure (identical to the one fitted on the glossy black Night Fire version in 2021, even if it looks slightly different on the photos).

Horseplay-toys.com unlawful attacks against customers 

Personal and unlawful attacks against there own customers, starting in mid to late 2023

• sends shredded “star zebra” to my home i perceive as a threat against me. 

• Sends shredded vbs lifeway pony i perceive as threatening me. 

• In 2025 sent another star zebra box and horseplay inflatables 10% off code with shredded beach balls in it. I disposed of them all, (pictured above, below). 

Keep in mind at this time im on good terms (Mr.Wolf) with hp. Im working for cck and taking orders to help hp make cck’s suit type inflatables. Their relationship has since severed.

Laws broken by horseplay inflatables llc include a myriad of federal and state laws. As mentioned previously there employee known only as “mason” most definitely a fake name he changes often hacked and stole data from my personal account on inflatevids, replacing my own content, profile pic and basically taking over my acct. 1 month later the infameous inflatevids hack happened. This person is an associate of horseplay inflatables but by his own admission does not get paid in any type of currency most likely to keep there names clean when he regularly attacks people in the inflatable community. 

Friend or Foe?

Mason at one point asked me to call him a friend. This was the more abusive part of this. What was the purpose of this friendship when one can definately call his actions the thing that caused the inflatevids hack? Except one can not say that, one known as "contrary" a user on iyru (inflates.yiff) tried simply to detail the chain of events and it was deleted by mason who also had (on and off) a mod acct on inflates.yiff truth be told, i only know this because i interacted with them both. Mason is most liklely dirk steffen. Using a myriad of impersonation techniques to make his fursona seem like a different person. Friends can make up, but im pretty pissed off at this "friend". 

Sexual exploitation through pool toys

I am personally in a position where i saw things from two different sides. First, watching it happen to others, as an employee working with horseplay inflatables  products at a sister company cck. At times in the group chats we were instructed by nason tackett (cck) to attack others on twitter for horseplay inflatables dirk. I was told i had done a good job attacking a person known as pool toy wolf mac who had a disagreement with dirk over some missing toys. 

When horseplay inflatables llc scammed me and stuck me with a product that consistently injured me with no way to replace it. I was told by mason to ask others for help. More often than not they were people he knew of directly that would exploit me sexually to get the toys. 

I know, and understand this is hard to see the full extent of. Pool toy fetish is a hard thirst to quench because the products were always hard to find and i can safely say the primary reason horseplay inflatables llc exists is to troll, anger, and sexually exploit anyone who becomes interested. Some cases take longer than others, weak people or disabled ones targeted most often. Dirk Steffen is a manipulative person i had to meet with type A personality in many cases and if he can’t correct any issue with my case alone, its basically over for all them and they will all need to live with the fallout of this for the rest of their lives.

I saw so many people get hurt, i saw people fall apart, get exploited, and lose something they truly believe in daily while working at cck. At the center of it all was always horseplay inflatables llc. The least i could do was force them to use there actual llc name rather then try to ward people off with more confusion. I will be there, and i will enjoy there day of reckoning. 

I did not deserve to be exploited because their product hurt me and left a permanant scar on my genitals. I have given literally 100's of chances for 2 years to make it right in any way and have constantly been harassed, stalked, impersonated, and its taken a serious toll on my mental health. Im between a rock and a hard place. I really love the stuff they designed, Spring Lily will be with me for life but also i hate that toy. At least i can feel like i truly did the right thing.

Shopify's role 

It’s very disheartening to know the role of certain vendor platforms. When horseplay inflatables does their usual “ban of the customer” for them getting a defect, “insulting staff” or being in the wrong place at the wrong time more often then not the only option the person with the inflatable interest has is to be exploited by others. In order for as many as up to 500 past customers who i saw get “banned from pool toys” by horseplay to get them they have to endure the abuse or more abuse from this community. Usually that abuse is exploitation of a sexual nature as it was for me. You can use your imagination. 

This becomes even worse when we know for a fact horseplay has sold items from their self described “18+ shop” to those as young as 16. This particular post also dip’s into more financial issues of horseplay inflatables and multiple payment processors banning them for nothing other than fraud. If you ask them, it will likely be a story about how “they don’t approve of the stuff they make” but i have confirmed on my own with paypal over the past 2 years in my shopify store that selling sph inflatables is fine with all including visa and mastercard. So long as the products are marked appropriately and sold to the age groups they are meant for.

This is about the most touchy subject we will cover here. As much as i would like to think my product injury seals the deal, it won’t. Unfortunately companies have a right to act terrible. However, in this message posted before about horseplay inflatables causing a massive argument at a fur con, the topic is art theft. Artists in this sense are more often used as scapegoats stealing hazbro, or helluvaboss artwork. You can tell me all day, “these are massive organizations that have made plenty money off it”! It’s still not right, and defending it in that way, because it was successful, i don’t even need to explain why thats wrong. It’s not their work, end of story.

*Note that in most cases, these artists do not speak, read or understand english at all. With many being ukranian and obviously exploited by dirk steffen. Others were warned, and turned out to be the types who "left twitter" over "racism" yet have no problem when it comes to horseplay despite multiple racist rants. (lizet, lizet draws)

Mason harassing me after violating my privacy. He then wanted me to ask him to help me get the toy's which i did because horseplay inflatables llc holds a monopoly here and threatens any competition. He would then use this as a means to harass me for months to come. He followed me to numerous online spaces i went to in order to specifically avoid him.

The month and months around oct 2024 would be a particularly bad time. I tried once again to make friends in the inflatable community and once again they got upset with how horseplay inflatables llc had treated me. Others, and the multiple awful business practices constantly being excused for a product that amounted to a furry sex toy inflatable. It also clearly had the same impact on me personally. I know i have avoided the topic because it often brings trolling, harassment, or even people flat out forcing me to see adult content i don’t consent to seeing. Because if there is one really fun thing to do with horseplay inflatable’s products, its take jabs at the many people who can’t get them for reasons that range from them getting a defect product, to them simply being called out by some random employee in a discord server for no reason. Which often times brings many casualties as they attempt to pin point the persons government name.

Below we have the employee mason making discord alt accounts to access my server he was banned from multiple times. A tradition that continues to this day as i try and fail at every attempt to find a corner of the inflatable community without my stalker mason. 

In addition to that, we have some of the more "level headed" members of the inflatable community who despite their threats to horseplay inflatables owner, as well as another known as "millie" they were granted chances to replace their own defect products. Highlighting a double standard and showcasing near criminal behavior by horseplay inflatables llc when they rip off other customers like me who had no issues in the other 8 years i was buying their products. 

Some other opinions from the owner of horseplay inflatables dirk steffen when others try to innovate and create in the inflatable's field. Plus other obvious happy customers of their own similiar custom run.. obviously these people either lose interest or move on in more meaningful ways then i can. However, altho its saying much more than i did, this customer was allowed to criticise without it being called multiple slanderous accusations. I suppose its absolutely reasonable at times to not allow a customer to partake. 

It does not sound like a lot sometimes. Just another bad business, but they make it feel so much worse. Imagine wildly limited products you waited your whole entire life to even find. Then it turns out the whole thing was far too good to be true. I saw people genuinely get very hurt over this stuff every day back then. I chose to ignore it, i wanted pool toys more.

Horseplay inflatables llc stealing direct copies of a childrens show "My Little Pony" to make knock off adult toys.

They obviously never had permission to do this and by search query results over 80% of sales happen in the usa. 

At the end of the day, horseplay inflatables can only get away with what they do on sites known for power struggles. Issues with moderation, furry drama, so called 300 follower "power struggles" will all come up on any of the places where this company is allowed to be. Most main stream sites outside of twitter have already banned horseplay inflatables llc. Including paypal, klarna (by their own admission) and most other payment gateways. I personally own the company name "horseplaytoys". As stated, thats mostly to show they were not as professional as they claim and to end this air of confusion that stops lawsuits from happening because no one knows where they are from or what company name to sue because they keep using other names. 

I think the product "Lewd Lily" causing a life changing product injury in my privates is a legit complaint. Its not something i wanted to happen but it did none the less and ive been harassed ever since by horseplay inflatables llc.

One thing i can say for certain is this person knows how to gaslight, lie and manipulate situations to be favorable to him. He lies multiple times in my own email alone also mentioning that i was an employee working with his products having literally learned and entire new skill. Promoted products, and done all i could to get the word out about his company. His thanks for that, was to claim i fucked 7 toys in 3 days that could not even be used properly. Obviously this was not only hurtful but worded ahead of time to make sure when i inevitably shared the email out of confusion that it would gaslight, attack and dehumanize me.

Horseplay inflatables "Dirk" was the name here in all cases. After the part where he tells me to sell my nib defective items it states "im sure someone would love to snap up a bargain". There was no notification in any discord server nor would it have been appropriate to do so in a server horseplay inflatables Dirk was banned from for harassment which many remember, but no longer exists "squeaks united". Im also not sure why the return policy mattered in this reference because i never utilized it and it was never honored nor did i expect anything on the weekend, it had been 8 days.

Included in the first email to a non english speaker is the total of 2 tweets only one of which warned about the issue with the tail. 

This next customer made the mistake of using the exchange policy while not being a popufur on twitter. (I know i make that claim boldly but again have been on both sides). I got entirely free toys for my following but never once asked for it or any type of special treatment. 

Further customer testimonials when once again a member of the community gave up after 6 months, 1 hpi toy with a defect, and got "banned from pool toys" once again also constantly being harassed by "mason" while he attacked other members of the community and claimed it was an alt. The nail in the coffin that time was the person eventually produced photos of themself and proved it was not the same person. Unfortunately i do not have his email but it was something like the other more mundane ones here. 

Horseplay inflatables did not honor any exchange policy which was also worded differently, more like a sane business at the time. The double standards are astonishing. 

Unfortunately for him these "allegations" were based in fact and cost them. Unfortunately for me people care more about pool toys rather than a content creator but i have seen a very odd mix of people resurface into my life again and again when they need a toy loving friend. Maybe they should go elsewhere next time. To the no one they know who would trust a business like this. 

The 6th appeal denial for the court case against horseplay inflatables llc. 

They went to a different judge here this time 2 days after the 5th denied appeal. 3 judges at this point have told horseplay inflatables llc to discontinue harassing customers and breaching private information.
